HEAT TRANSFER VINYL

  • HTV for short, is a specialty vinyl that can be used on certain fabrics and materials to create designs and promotional products.

​

  • Available in a roll or sheet form with an adhesive backing so it can be cut, weeded, and placed on a substrate for heat application.

​

  • Heat transfer vinyl is made in single colors and also has special options such as patterned, glitter, flocked, holographic, glow-in-the-dark, reflective and many more.

 

  • Kabric’s uses only the best HTV Material that is guaranteed to last and look great!

 

 (We recommend this process for small orders or specialty items. Our minimum is 1 Item.) 

DIRECT TO GARMENT

  • (DTG) Printing is a process of printing on cotton or cotton blended items using specialized ink jet technology and prints directly on the garment from its print-heads.

 

  • Since this is digital, the print is sharper and has a higher resolution up to 1200 DPI.

​

  • Unlike screen printing you can print as many colors as you would like in a one pass printing process without separate set up fees.

 

  • Our machines are OEKO-TEX 100 certified, which means the water-based inks, cleaning solutions and the overall processes are environmentally safe.

 

(Recommended for anything from a simple print to a vibrant photo. Our minimum is 1 Item.)
